Use and maintenance
The cutlery of the collection are suitable for washing in the dishwasher, including industrial ones. Wash the product immediately after use.
Separate the knives from other cutlery in the dishwasher. Wash with suitable detergents, avoiding chlorine-based products and bleaches.
Dry thoroughly after washing.
Carefully remove residues of salt, lemon, vinegar, tomato-based sauces and do not use abrasive cloths or steel wool.
