Before first use, or after long periods of inactivity (5–6 months), soak in water for at least 24 hours.
During cooking, avoid direct flame and always use a heat diffuser to ensure even heat distribution and prevent cracking.
Use wooden utensils and avoid metal tools.
Do not place hot cookware on cold surfaces; always use a trivet.
Clean with mild detergents, avoiding harsh or abrasive products.
Store in a dry place, preferably not enclosed.
In case of unpleasant odors, boil water with a tablespoon of vinegar inside the dish.
